Job Description

The Analytics Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving actionable insights across the organization. This role is based in Morrisville, NC and plays a key role in providing and transforming data into insights for all departments to leverage as an asset. This role is responsible for driving data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reporting, and delivering actionable insights that support both operational execution and long‑term strategic goals.

The Analytics Delivery Manager will supervise a team responsible for data, analytics, and solution delivery in the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including data governance and architecture, data modeling and engineering, and reporting. It is crucial that the Analytics Delivery Manager has a strong understanding of data analytics, modeling, and data governance using the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

• Serves as a leader to create and cultivate a data‑driven culture by championing the cause for data literacy and its potential to drive business success.
• Acts as a change champion, driving enterprise‑wide data technology transformation initiatives and ensuring successful implementation.
• Promotes a philosophy of SSOT (Single Source of Truth).
• Enablement and delivery of groundbreaking data analytical assets, championing the development and adoption of a modern data analytics platform and services.
• Designs and builds out a robust foundation for strong data analytics capabilities with focus towards delivering data that is consistent, trusted and secure. Manages data collection processes, ensuring trusted data is available timely.
• Builds analytics solutions to meet business analytics needs that include dashboards, KPI’s, key metrics and AI solutions.
• Leads the analytics team responsible for data architecture, modeling, engineering, reporting, dashboards, KPIs and business insights, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Designs, implements, and leads data‑flow processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity. Ensures compliance, security, and proper access controls for sensitive data.
• Follows Microsoft best practices, taking into account both performance and cost factors.
• Active role in data architecture, tools, processes, project assessment and development process design.
• Provides technical overviews and tool demonstrations to Solution Architects and to Power Users, Key Business users and SAP Functional owners as needed.
• Works closely with Solution Architects to ensure the creation of production solutions which address business needs.
• Organizes, creates and maintains critical technical and functional documentation for solutions, including technical specifications, test plans and training materials.
• Mentors technical teams on best practices in data architecture and solution design.
• Drives adoption of analytics tools and best practices.
• Monitors performance and continuously improves delivery processes.

• Provides long‑term data architecture strategy and roadmap for specific data sets, including master data, that supports the overall business objectives.
• Implements data governance strategy and best practices for global solutions.
• Oversees metadata management, data lineage and classification.
• Ensures governed data is accessible and usable for insights.
• Educates stakeholders on data governance principles and best practices.
• Leads data governance councils or working groups.
• Evaluates and implements data governance tools (data catalogs, lineage platforms).
• Integrates governance capabilities into data platforms and analytics workflows.
• Monitors tool adoption and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Past experience with defining and successfully leading data transformation strategies within a multi‑national organization is preferred.
• Proven success as a data architect (8+ years), with experience in data integration and BI reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Experience with data governance using Purview is preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of SAP functional areas including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, and Inventory.
• Proactive, great attention to detail, results‑oriented problem solver.
• Ability to manage long‑term goals along with immediate business concerns.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and teach.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills and the ability to translate highly complex technical issues to a non‑technical audience.
