Presence, a digital marketing and web development agency, is seeking a Healthcare & Medical Services Specialist to support our healthcare and medical industry clients. In this remote North Carolina role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help providers and organizations strengthen their online presence through data-informed digital strategies. You'll translate healthcare and medical services needs into actionable digital solutions, support content and campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Presence's communication and productivity platform for healthcare and medical services customers in North Carolina.
- Lead discovery sessions with healthcare and medical service organizations to understand workflows, operational challenges, and communication needs.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored platform configurations, implementation plans, and training strategies.
- Plan and deliver remote onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for clinical and non-clinical users, ensuring high adoption and confidence with the platform.
- Support change management efforts, helping healthcare teams integrate new digital workflows into existing clinical and administrative processes.
- Monitor customer usage data and feedback to identify optimization opportunities, recommend best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to relay customer insights, prioritize enhancements, and validate new features.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base content specific to healthcare and medical services use cases.
- Ensure that configured workflows respect applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies, escalating complex compliance questions as needed.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in their digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Healthcare operations knowledge (clinical or administrative workflows, care coordination, patient scheduling, documentation processes)
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical services environments such as hospitals, clinics, or outpatient centers
- Experience implementing or supporting Saa
- S or other digital health/IT tools
- Requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Ability to translate user needs into software configurations and workflows
- Strong remote communication and presentation skills (video conferencing, virtual training)
- Data literacy and comfort interpreting usage metrics and user feedback
- Basic understanding of healthcare privacy and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Technical aptitude with web-based platforms, integrations, and user management
- Strong documentation and knowledge management skills
- Stakeholder management and change management capabilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)
