Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:
- Documented knowledge reviewing, guiding, and supporting enterprise-wide IT projects and IT procurements governed by enterprise architecture.
- Documented skill in establishing and upholding state-wide enterprise architecture principles, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, interoperability, security, and optimization.
- Develop/ Implement Enterprise Standards, Framework, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Governance/Principles Framework
- Relevant experience in the development of policies, standards, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.
- Foster innovation and implement creative out-of-the-box ideas by conducting brainstorming sessions, hackathons and other innovation events and elevate the thinking
