Looking for a hands-on Software Quality Engineer to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation within its Customer Success Experience organization.
The biggest focus for this search is finding someone who has BOTH strong, recent Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience and true hands-on test automation experience
. Several candidates reviewed so far have been too manual-testing focused or have not had enough depth within Service Cloud.
This person should be a true QA/Software Quality Engineer who has personally built, maintained, or executed automated testing, while also being comfortable with manual functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Key areas we are targeting:- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud QA/testing experience
- Hands-on test automation experience
- API and integration testing
- Functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Agile/Sprint-based QA experience
- Defect identification, tracking, retesting, and release validation
Please avoid candidates who are primarily manual testers, Salesforce Admins/BAs whose experience is mostly UAT, or QA engineers who have only had light exposure to Salesforce.
Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and AI/conversational AI testing are nice-to-haves, but Service Cloud + automation are the priorities.
