* _Leadership & Strategic Planning:_

+ Provide leadership for technical support, business intelligence, analytics, automation, and performance improvement functions.

+ Lead departmental planning, staffing, resource allocation, and employee development activities.

+ Promote continuous learning and professional development within the department.

+ Partner with operational leadership to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement strategies.

_Technology & Technical Services:_

+ Direct technical support operations to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.

+ Oversee hardware asset management processes including inventory, deployment, lifecycle tracking, and issue escalation.

+ Lead implementation of workflow improvements, system integrations, and automation initiatives.

+ Support organizational adoption through communication, training, and change management efforts.

_Analytics & Business Intelligence:_

+ Develop and oversee enterprise reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence strategies.

+ Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting standards, and performance measurement systems.

+ Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

+ Create visibility into organizational performance through metrics, forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting.

_Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:_

+ Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

+ Partner with field management to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

+ Develop program-specific tracking, reporting, and measurement tools.

+ Support client and organizational initiatives through analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.

_Safety & Compliance:_

+ Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational and employee information.

+ Support governance, access management, and secure data handling practices.

+ Travel as needed to support meetings, trainings, operational reviews, and client engagements

** WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :**  **  **  

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Master's degree preferred.

+ 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, analytics, business intelligence, project management, operational performance, or related disciplines.

+ Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational initiatives.

+ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

+ Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.

+ Advanced analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to translate complex technical information into practical business solutions.

+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization platforms.
