Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to support an ongoing, remote, project-based assignment. This role is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible, part-time work while continuing to practice at a high level. The workload will fluctuate based on case needs but is expected to average 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage trademark litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  • Support enforcement actions, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams and/or outside counsel
  • Independently manage assignments and deadlines in a remote environment
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina (or eligibility to practice in NC)
  • Proven trademark litigation experience required
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Federal court experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing project-based workloads
  • Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
