Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to support an ongoing, remote, project-based assignment. This role is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible, part-time work while continuing to practice at a high level. The workload will fluctuate based on case needs but is expected to average 10–20 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Manage trademark litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
- Support enforcement actions, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or outside counsel
- Independently manage assignments and deadlines in a remote environment
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina (or eligibility to practice in NC)
- Proven trademark litigation experience required
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Federal court experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working remotely and managing project-based workloads
- Competitive hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
