The role:
  • Leading procurement strategy and execution across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global procurement priorities.
  • Acting as a senior business partner to executive and operational stakeholders, driving value creation through cost optimisation, supply resilience, innovation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing procurement team while fostering collaboration across plants, business units and the wider One Procurement Community.
  • Delivering strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management activities across complex direct and indirect spend categories.
  • Driving procurement transformation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement capability, performance and compliance.
  • Managing supplier risk, ensuring responsible sourcing practices and maintaining a secure, high-performing supply base that supports business growth.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  • Extensive senior procurement leadership experience across multiple sites, regions or complex manufacturing environments.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing category strategies, leading large-scale sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a global matrix organisation.
  • Deep expertise in supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract development and risk management.
  • Experience leading organisational change, developing talent and building engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
