Join the full‑time housekeeper role at Givens Communities, a leading continuing care retirement community in Asheville.

As part of the Environmental Services Team at Givens Estates, the housekeeper works Monday through Friday, 8 Institutional time 4:30 pm. The Эти responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness XXX for residents in their own homes, responding to emergency cleaning situations, collaborating with the team, building rapport with residents, and carrying out any additional duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Keep residences, common areas, and administrative spaces clean and well‑maintained, ensuring beds are made, floors, furniture, drapery, blinds, windows, trash cans, bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, and other items are thoroughly cleaned.
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations.
• Collaborate with the Environmental Services team and share ideas and goals.
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by a supervisor.

• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to move, bend, and lift regularly throughout the shift.
• Personal responsibility for workplace safety.
• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

$18.00 to $19.00 per hour (based on background and experience), plus a comprehensive benefits package.
