Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full-time Janitorial Crew Lead in Asheville, NC to supervise site crew tasks, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with the client for daily operational standards. As a hands-on leader you will train new hires, assign duties, monitor performance, and escalate issues to supervisors.
