The ideal candidate will have healthcare revenue cycle experience
. The Senior Program Manager serves as a strategic leader and internal consultant, partnering with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams on large, complex, system‑level initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing organizational priorities through strategic planning, program execution, and the design or redesign of high‑impact, enterprise‑wide processes and service offerings.
The Senior Program Manager collaborates closely with leaders and teams to drive alignment, facilitate decision‑making, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that support organizational goals. This position requires a high level of energy, accountability, and results orientation, with the ability to influence and lead change across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities include providing expertise and hands‑on leadership in change management, project and program management, process improvement, and strategic execution. The Senior Program Manager supports teams through education, application of tools and methodologies, data collection and analysis, project facilitation, and continuous improvement practices. This role also contributes to mentoring, coaching, and leadership development across the organization.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Program Manager is expected to lead and support system‑level initiatives with minimal oversight while demonstrating strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to mentor and guide others. As a leader within the organizational unit, this role models collaborative leadership, drives accountability, and consistently delivers measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For- Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree, required.
- Experience: Minimum eight years extensive experience independently managing or leading projects with complex interdependencies in a consulting, planning, analytics, leadership, or performance improvement role, required.
