Ohsnap is seeking a highly organized, cross-functional Integrated Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of brand, content, and campaign efforts across the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this person will be responsible for turning strategic ideas into reality — ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, retail, partnerships, events, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes initiative, and loves connecting the dots between creative, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate brings a startup mindset, attention to detail, and an ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Project Management- Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, web, email, and retail.
- Build and manage marketing calendars for launches, partnerships, and key brand moments.
- Own campaign timelines, workbacks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery.
- Manage internal workflows and external creative/vendor coordination.
- Own day-to-day management of social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.) — content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Collaborate on content creation and social storytelling.
- Identify, activate, and support influencer and partner campaigns.
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations based on analytics.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Support creative production for photoshoots, video, and design assets.
- Assist with sales and marketing collateral, trade show materials, packaging, and digital content.
- Assist in cross-functional Go-to-Market initiatives for product launches, campaigns, etc with (but not limited to: marketing planning, imagery refreshes, and merchandising changes across ecommerce and retail platforms.
- Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, creative, sales, product, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment across departments for smooth campaign execution.
- Help drive event planning, community-building activations, and go-to-market programs.
- Track campaign and social performance metrics to identify insights and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate on reporting and use analytics to refine content and execution.
- Support budget tracking and content asset management.
- 3–5 years experience in marketing and project management — startup or high-growth experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and move fast without dropping balls.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and rolls up their sleeves to get it done.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Slack, G-Suite, Asana, Notion, Airtable, etc.) as well as marketing stack tools (Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Tik Tok Shops, etc)
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
- Experience with social media platforms, influencer coordination, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading without ego.
- Experience in CPG, lifestyle, or digitally native brands.
- A creative POV and eye for what makes content resonate.
- Passion for brand storytelling, community, and product culture.
