Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Care Center position working night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with a minimum of 2 years of ED experience required.
Responsibilities- Emergency Care Center (ED) unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- 13-week contract
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- One professional reference is required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ED/ER nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
