We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced SDU environment, monitoring and managing patients with complex needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and stabilise patients as needed.
Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
