Job Opportunity – Oncology/Women's Surgical Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Compensation:  Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule:

Day or night shift available; 1:4 or 1:5 patient ratio; 6 weekend days required per schedule; minimal call; minimal floating to other med-surg units
Highlights:
24-bed oncology and women's surgical specialty unit in a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated medical center
Day shift includes Clinical Nurse Coordinator support, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and unit coordinator; night shift includes coordinator and 4-6 RNs with CNAs
Cerner EMR system with standard unit equipment
Perform specialized procedures including pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis
Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth in oncology nursing
Work in a facility recognized as one of America's top 1% hospitals for clinical quality and patient safety
Requirements:
Current North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain
BLS certification required
Chemotherapy certification preferred and highly desirable
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
