Number of Beds 20 # and type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA o Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA Patient Ratios 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of care Inpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unit Short stay ( 24 hr LOS) patients target to this unit.

Quick turnover Type of equipment telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated, all patients hardwired to bedside monitor. EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
