About the Position
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology/Women's Surgical – Western North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule:
12-hour shifts with day and night options available; RN-to-patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5; weekend requirement of 6 weekend days per schedule

24-bed Oncology and Women's Surgical unit within a nationally recognized, 815-bed flagship hospital
Utilizing Cerner EMR with standard unit equipment and minimal floating requirements
Part of a top 1% hospital in the nation, awarded an "A" Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade and Magnet Designation
Supportive team environment with experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinators and comprehensive staffing model
Exposure to specialized procedures including pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis

Requirements:
Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
Current BLS certification
Medical-surgical nursing experience required
Chemotherapy certification preferred but not required
