Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Practice EnvironmentProviders operate independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a dedicated team, and access to leadership. The environment supports 3–4 patients/hour with fully equipped clinics, EMR systems, and efficient workflows.
ResponsibilitiesAssessing, diagnosing, treating, performing urgent procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education.
Schedule & CompensationThe schedule features 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual equivalents of $103K–$131K, plus incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as insurance, retirement plans, CME, and paid time off.
QualificationsNC licensure, BLS/ACLS, with preferred urgent care or emergency experience.
