Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our operating room team, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of surgical care are met. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care in a range of surgical specialties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective nursing care for surgical patients.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals during procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide critical support during surgery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Broad surgical knowledge and experience in service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn and trauma.
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience with Cerner documentation system preferred.
