Madison Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Shift Differential- $3 for 11 PM - 7 AM
- $5 for 3 PM - 11 PM
Applicant must have current certification for CNA.
ResponsibilitiesCertified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Responsibilities include supervising and assisting with activities, serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed, providing or assisting with resident personal care, and taking/recording vital signs.
