Role: Registered Nurse in Cardiology Stepdown, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical teams, and acting as an advocate for patients and families.
Key Duties- Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- RN licensure with a Bachelor's or Associate Degree.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within 30 days of employment.
