Role: A Registered Nurse specializing in Trauma, Spine, and Medical-Surgical care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitor patients, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and address adverse effects.
- Respond to patient needs proactively, providing exceptional care and education to patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Bachelor's Degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient advocacy skills.
