Job Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care (CVPC) unit. The primary patient population includes CV and vascular surgery patients, as well as overflow medical cardiology patients. The candidate will work with a team to manage cardiac cases, surgical recoveries, and complex medical conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Epidural management
- Chest tube management
- Tube feedings
- IV gluccomander
- Cardiac gtt management (phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, heparin, nitroglycerin, ketamine)
Requirements:
- Stepdown experience
- Telemetry experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
