Job Description:

The RN in the E5 Cardiac Step-Down unit will provide patient care to individuals with conditions including CHF, MI, CP, and arrhythmia, using specialized equipment such as Zoll and Baxter pumps. This role requires telemetry and stepdown experience, as well as the ability to administer specific IV medications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients with cardiac conditions and post-cardiac procedures.
• Administer titratable IV medications and ensure patient safety through monitoring and assessments.

Requirements:

• Stepdown or progressive care experience.
• Telemetry experience.
• Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications such as nitroglycerine and amiodarone.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
