Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where you will provide high-quality critical care to our young patients. This role requires commitment to patient safety, exceptional clinical skills, and collaboration within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions through advanced techniques and equipment.
- Perform various procedures including IV starts, catheterizations, and central line dressing changes.
- Manage ventilators and provide tracheostomy care and tube feeding.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have a valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience.
