Travel RN – NICU (Night Shift)

Asheville, North Carolina

Contract – Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
• Manage patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 depending on acuity
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Perform and assist with procedures typical to a Level III or higher NICU environment
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists on night shift

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong critical care assessment skills

• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
• NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification) preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR

• Work in a nationally recognized Level III NICU at a major regional referral center serving western North Carolina
