Travel Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment on a travel basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown settings.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar environment.
• Complete BLS and ACLS certification.
• Possess strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willing to travel and adapt to various clinical settings.
