Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality maternal and neonatal care. As a part of our labor and delivery unit, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through the childbirth experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to women during labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced electronic fetal monitoring systems.
- Assist in vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
- Perform procedures such as D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst.
- Ensure immediate newborn care post-delivery.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive maternal care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Experience with high-risk pregnancies is required.
- Certification in Advanced Fetal Monitoring is required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
