Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse for an evening shift with weekend option (7:00am-7:00pm), 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week). The role directs patient care in a defined unit, mentors staff, and promotes a patient-centered culture in line with ANA ethics.
Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, serving as EPIC Super User, ensuring supplies, quality and safety, and making staffing decisions within budget constraints. BSN and active license plus BLS are required.
