Key responsibilities of the NICU RN include:

• Provide specialized care for newborns in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures in neonatal care
• Perform necessary procedures and interventions as required
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Requirements of the NICU RN include:

• Active NRP certification
• Minimum of 2 years Level III or higher NICU experience
• Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
