Provide specialized nursing care to labor and delivery patients within a hospital setting. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of mothers and newborns through compassionate, skilled interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess laboring patients' conditions and monitor fetal and maternal health status.
• Administer medications, including analgesics and antibiotics, as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor progress, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to fetal or maternal emergencies, providing critical interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 1 year of labor and delivery experience.
• Demonstrate competency in fetal monitoring, medication administration, and patient education.
• Possess current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Exhibit excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Adapt to dynamic clinical environments and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
