Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage a diverse caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
- Follow all clinical standards, safety, and quality protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or ASN)
- Active RN license - North Carolina
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $33.00 - $54.00 per hour
Shift Differentials
- Evening: +$3.30/hr
- Night: +$6.00/hr
- Weekend: +$10.00/hr
- Holiday: +50% of base rate
