Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of hospital acute care experience required. Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
