Job Summary:

Provides high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients, monitoring cardiac function and responding to emergency situations. Ensures patient safety and comfort through assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and interpret cardiac monitoring data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies, providing life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and treatment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
