Job Summary:

Provide critical nursing care as a Travel ICU Float Pool Nurse, supporting multiple units and adapting to diverse patient needs. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and document patient response to treatments and report key changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain infection control standards and uphold safety protocols at all times.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license applicable to North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in critical care equipment and technology.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts and adapt to various clinical environments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
