• Monitor and record vital signs and cardiac telemetry
• Provide bedside care and assistance to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety

• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the medical team

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Telemetry – Travel

• Active LPN/LVN license
• BLS certification
• Previous experience in telemetry nursing
