- · Number of Beds – 32 individual rooms
- · Number of Staff – 50
- Type of staff:
- o Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 3 PCTs, & 1 HUC
- o Night Shift – 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 1-2 LPNs, 2
PCTs, & 1 HUC - · Patient Ratios – Day shift 5:1(6:1 stretch) Night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch)
- · Type of equipment – Walkers, Bedside Commode, Bladder Scanners, CPM, Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, & Wheelchairs
- · EMR - Cerner
- · Must have
- · NC License
- · BLS
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- · Hospital experience
- · Ortho experience
- · Dressing changes, suture/staple removal
- · Foley Catheter
- · NG Tubes
- · Wound Vac maintenance and removal
- · Team player and ability to adapt to fast pace environment. Ability to care like family.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- · BLS
