Nurse Manager - Med-Surg Unit

Role

Responsible for managing daily operations of a clinical Med/Surg unit, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.

Allocate resources, promote evidence-based practice, support decision-making through clinical, human resource, and financial data analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for quality patient outcomes.

BSN or equivalent required;
Master’s Degree preferred. Must hold an active RN license and obtain national certification within one year. Requires BLS certification.

Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical hospital settings with leadership skills; prior leadership experience is preferred.

Strong leadership, clinical expertise, resource management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to integrate research into practice.
