• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hydration, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs when assigned and permitted
• Support clients with positioning, transfers, and light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to clinical team members
• Follow individualized care plans and complete accurate documentation
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality

• Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts including day, night, and weekend options

• Current CNA certification or registration in good standing
• Completion of a nursing assistant training program
