Aston Park is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated and compassionate team! Our Aston Park community in Asheville, NC is looking for LPNs to join team. This is a great opportunity to join a senior living community through Lutheran Services Carolinas and be a part of a great team serving the residents of our community.

• $10,000 Signing Bonus (Paid out in increments)
• Flexible Scheduling:
  • 7a – 7p or 7p – 7a
  • Full-time (30+ hours) and Baylor position available.
• Base pay $31 per hour. Additional pay includes:
  • 2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour
  • 3rd shift differential: $2.00/hour
  • Weekend differentials for all shifts: $4.00/hour
  • Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.0/ hour

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college.
• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.

• Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
