• Shift Duration: 10-hour nights
• Schedule: Variable schedule with call required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000-$2,100

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Demonstrated skill level 3 or higher in joint, neuro, orthopedics, and vascular procedures
• Broad surgical knowledge across general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Experience working in a high-acuity surgical setting with strong perioperative clinical skills
• Ability to adapt to a variable schedule and support call coverage
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Comfortable working with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures and specialty service lines
• Prepare the OR for cases, support surgeons and surgical teams, and maintain a smooth workflow
• Monitor patient status, uphold sterile technique, and respond appropriately to changing intraoperative needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Float to other departments as needed based on unit needs
• Promote efficiency, patient safety, and quality care throughout the perioperative process
