• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): see above ratios, charge nurse out of staffing, no unit secretaries or PCTs.
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Staff RN
  • Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Staff RN
• Type of equipment:
  Lift equipment, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), ventilators, IV pumps, etc.
• Documentation system:
  Cerner
• Scheduling requirements: 12 hr shifts, every other weekend requirement, holiday support.
• On Call Requirements:
  No
• Floating policy:
  Yes, travelers will be required to float
• Patient Experience requirements:
  Bed side shift report is mandatory in all areas of the hospital, relief charge nurse will be expected to perform nurse leader rounding
