You will monitor and assess patients with complex medical needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document in the electronic medical record (EMR), which uses Oracle Cerner. To qualify, you need a current North Carolina RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of recent PCU or stepdown experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication with patients and families.
