• Patient Ratio: 6:1

• Charge RN Goal: Charge nurses are ideally kept out of the staffing ratio to provide additional support to the team.

Day Shift

• 1 Charge RN

• 2–3 RNs

• 1 LPN

• 1–2 PCTs

• 1 Unit Secretary

Night Shift

• 1 Charge RN

• 2–3 RNs

• 1 LPN

• 1–2 PCTs

• Baxter IV pumps

• Wound vacs

• SCDs

• Prima Fit devices

Must-Have Skills: ACLS,BLS, NIH Certification ,LPN/LVN License and IV Therapy Certificate

• Medical/Surgical nursing experience

• Telemetry experience

• Strong assessment and patient-care skills

Preferred Skills

• Previous Charge RN experience

• Ability to support the team and manage multiple patient needs

• Peripheral IV starts

• Dressing changes

• Standard Medical/Surgical nursi
