Carle Health is seeking an RN for its NT6 Observation unit. The role supports a 43-bed unit providing acute care for cardiac, general surgery, and behavioral health patients with a typical 24- to 48-hour stay.

The team works closely with physicians and ancillary staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 and ongoing education and quality initiatives.
