Metrology Engineer With CMM Programming Experience

What You Will Do:
Qualifications You Must Have :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years CMM programming experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years' experience
- Technical Knowledge of CMM Programming software (e.g. PC-DMIS, Camio, CMM Manager)
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Must be comfortable working in a shop environment and presenting in technical meetings.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years in the aerospace industry
- Aerospace industry experience
- Specific skills include a mix of : MODUS, PC-DMIS and/or CALYPSO CMM language, analysis software such as GOM, POLYWORKS and/or GEOMAGIC, and other helpful software such as PYTHON, R-STUDIO, MINITAB, NX.
- Familiarity with REVO Multi-sensor technologies is a big plus.
- Knowledge of GD&T per ASMEY
14.5, calibration systems per ANSIZ
540.3, airfoil geometry - Measurement system evaluation (gage R&R, methodology review, correlation studies, etc) in support of Manufacturing Readiness Levels, PPAP, and Process Control
