Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.;
Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements.;
Complete opening duties: set up workstation, inspect tools and supplies, check production schedule, establish priority items, stock designated areas.;
Inform F&B service staff of 86'd items and available menu specials throughout the meal period.;
Closing duties: store, label, date items; clean prep areas; turn off unused equipment.
