Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Lure, Rumbling Bald is a private community offering exceptional dining and social experiences to members and guests. Qualified candidates must be available April through November. Positions are scheduled up to 40 hours per week, including weekdays, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service to members and guests
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, wine selections, beer offerings, and specialty cocktails
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all ABC laws and Company policies
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Assist servers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

• Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must obtain any required alcohol service certifications in accordance with North Carolina law
