The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This role shares product and styling knowledge, maintains store standards, and contributes to a welcoming team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and help create an engaging shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, fitting room needs, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing duties.
- Uphold visual standards, participate in training, and communicate product feedback and opportunities to management.
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
