What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for North American boutiques and specialized partners
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain partner contacts for sales and delivery
  • Develop and execute the partner business plan while understanding partner market strategies
  • Drive the Blue Prism enablement program within partner organizations
  • Conduct sales presentations in conjunction with partners to mutual clients until self-sufficiency is achieved
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in an alliance/partner sales environment with a proven track record
  • General understanding of the complex solution sales cycle and successful partner sales
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships and manage a virtual team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the software industry, preferably in AI, BPM, or automation
