Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and campus activity, assist with visitor direction and/or general questions, and support a professional presence throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, campus concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site leadership and/or emergency personnel;
Support daily operations at an educational location by observing for policy-related issues, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following Allied Universal protocols
